Spent Christmas there and it was amazing! The welcome drink was a great touch, and the staff was very professional and polite. Loved the private parking, which was just across the street, and the covered shopping street was just a few minutes away. The convenience store and famous mochi store across the road were very convenient and made our stay even better.

The room was a bit small, but that's standard for Japanese business hotels. , we asked the reception to call a taxi for us to catch our train in the morning, but there was a slight delay.
